Hi! Shane here! Your "soon to be" favourite friendly product sourcer...I hope! ;) That's me in the pic there, a few years ago (and with longer hair!) in The Mirage in Las Vegas with my Dad. We had a great time! A pal was meant to go with me but he pulled out at the last minute so I brought my Dad. Initially he didn't want to go as he'd had a stroke during that year, but I thought that he needed a rest (first time I ever rested in Las Vegas!) and so I managed to coerce him and he loved it and can't wait to go back! YAY! Anyhoo....back to brass tacks....so you're probably wondering why I'm sourcing and not selling. Well, the reason is, I used to sell and sell very well but that's not what I got my "kicks" from. I'm not chasing mega-bucks except for that slot machine called "megabucks"! No, not even that. I love experiences and that's my bag. I like to travel and this enables me to do this. Sourcing products and building relationships are my strong points. I thought, I'll work with them! How I source?.....I'm not going to tell lies about this. Some lists sellers will tell you that they don't use software to source. Ok, that's cool of course but difficult to understand for me. Firstly, I'm not selling lists and secondly, Do I use software. Yep, definitely! No denying this. I use LOTS of software but I can't tell you my secrets! ;) Who wouldn't use what's available and enabled them to find ways to find products that you;d be weeks looking for otherwise? I believe though that I don't use it in a similar way to how others use it. I plug software into other software into other software. I have an I.T background amongst other things. I have methods that I'm pretty sure that most might not or maybe they do. That's not casting aspersions, it's just that different people approach different opportunities differently, that's all. I'm not saying that mine is the best, I would never be that big-headed.
